The online shop Plastika Bevc d.o.o. offers the following payment methods:
1. Pay on delivery by courier GLS or Post of Slovenia,
2. Invoice (UPN) to the company account Plastika Bevc d.o.o.
Postage and packing costs are 5,9780 EUR, in case of an order value of less than 20.00 EUR (without VAT) we charge an additional processing fee of 7.00 EUR.
For a delivery through the Post of Slovenia and payment on delivery, the post charges additional 1.07 EUR. Also a personal pick up at the company headquarters Plastika Bevc d.o.o. in Šentjernej is possible ,when paid in advance. When picking up there are no additional costs.
Note: these conditions and the packing and shipping costs are only valid in the Republic of Slovenia.

Consumer rights - withdraw from the contract
With contracts completed from a distance, the consumer has the right to withdraw from the order within 14 days and inform the company by e-mail (firstname.lastname@example.org) or another communication channel, without giving reasons. The form for the withdrawal from a distance contract can be downloaded here.
The consumer must return the goods within 14 days after notification of the cancellation of the contract. The consumer delivers the goods to the following address: Plastika Bevc d.o.o., Mihovic 23, 8310 Šentjernej, Slovenia. The only costs incurred to the consumer in relation to the cancellation of the contract are the costs of returning.
The consumer must return the product to the seller undamaged and in the same amount, unless the product has been destroyed, damaged, lost or their quantity is reduced, without the consumer’s complicity.
Also the bill must be enclosed to the return, personal data, and the bank account to which they wish the refund. The refund is done within 14 days after receipt of order cancellation.

Plastika Bevc d.o.o. conforms to the European legislation on consumer protection. Plastika Bevc d.o.o. is trying to meet their obligation to provide an effective system for dealing with complaints and to designate a person in case of problems to connect with the customer by phone or email.
Complaints must be sent by email to email@example.com. The complaints procedure is confidental.Plastika Bevc d.o.o.will confirm within five working days that they have received a complaint. They will keep the customer updated about duration and solution.
Plastika Bevc d.o.o. is aware that the essential characteristic of consumer dispute are, at least as far as it is possible to solve, its asymmetry between the economic value of the application and the costs incurred in resolving the dispute . It is also a major obstacle to the consumer to initiate proceedings in court. Therefore Plastika Bevc d.o.o. always tries to solve disputes.
In case of a judicial settlement of disputes, the court of the domicile of the consumer is responsible for that.
