When adjusting machinery, fixtures and industrial equipment, we need fastening elements that are easy to use and allow individual components to be repositioned. Solutions that can be tightened or released by hand are particularly practical, especially where access is limited.

An adjustable clamping lever with threaded stud allows manual fastening, tightening and release without additional tools. Its key feature is the repositionable handle. Pulling the handle up allows its position to be changed without loosening or further tightening the stud. When released, the handle re-engages, allowing tightening or loosening to continue.
This is particularly useful where there is not enough space around the fastening point for a full turn of the handle. After tightening, the handle can be moved to a more convenient position so that it causes less obstruction to other parts of the equipment.
Clamping levers with threaded studs are suitable for adjusting and securing components on machines, fixtures, devices, production lines and metal structures. For example, they can secure an adjustable guide or stop that is occasionally repositioned during work and then clamped again.
Versions are available with M5, M6, M8, M10 and M12 threads. When choosing a lever, consider the size of the threaded hole, the required stud length and the space available to operate the handle. Check the dimensions and the requirements of the specific application before installation.
If a screw or threaded rod already protrudes from the structure, an adjustable clamping lever with internal thread is the appropriate alternative.
