The adjustable clamping lever with internal thread provides this solution and is one of the new product groups in the Plastika Bevc range. In addition to manual fastening, it allows the handle to be repositioned, which is particularly useful where space is limited.
An adjustable clamping lever with internal thread, also described as the nut version, screws onto an existing screw or threaded rod. It is suitable for fastening points where an external thread is already part of the structure. Turning the handle tightens or releases the joint without additional tools.
This mounting method distinguishes it from an adjustable clamping lever with threaded stud, where a stud protrudes from the handle and screws into a threaded hole or nut.
This version allows the handle position to be changed without altering the tightness of the joint. Pull the handle up, move it to a more convenient position and release it. Tightening or loosening can then continue.
This makes it possible to tighten the joint even where there is not enough space for a full turn. Once the component is secured, the handle can be positioned so that it causes less obstruction to other parts of the equipment. A repositionable handle is therefore practical for assemblies that are adjusted repeatedly during work.
